As fellow graduates of the Air Force Academy and Members of the Association of Graduates (AOG) the following candidates-- Mike Christy ('63), Fred Gregory ('64), Bill Stealey ('70) , Mike Ott ('85), Frank Schmuck ('88), and Jereme Estes ('02) -- encourage you to vote in the March and April 2007 Board of Directors Election.
Integrity, Service and Excellence are three words we, together as graduates, can embrace because we understand their significance. As candidates we fully support these ideals and tenets, offering them without reservation as you prepare to cast your vote.
INTEGRITY: Since its beginning, the AOG has successfully demonstrated that it fully understands the many roles it must perform in support of the Air Force Academy and the Alumni. We trust the current leadership because we know they believe, respect and live by our Honor Code.
SERVICE: As Directors, we will assure that the AOG, in its role as an alumni organization in service to Alumni and as the fund raising agent for the Academy and the Alumni, will do everything possible to accomplish these objectives. We commit to enhancing our culture of giving and increasing member participation by asserting that all proposals to manage, organize and implement AOG objectives will be respected, reviewed, considered, and presented to the Graduate community for any major changes not covered by the most recently adopted Bylaws.
EXCELLENCE: Our credentials, character and dedication were validated and endorsed by an unbiased Nominating Committee composed of both AOG directors and non-directors. We are seasoned professionals with successful careers. We represent diverse backgrounds in both military and civilian professions. We are recognized by our peers for our leadership and organizational skills
